According to a investigation, there are about one hundred forty million private cars in China. Before the increasing rate of cars will have come up continuously. Why? The reason is various. If you are in China ,a saying must be heard frequently: Do you want to marry me as a man? You have a car and a house at least. Aha, from this ,we can see a private cars play an important part in our life, and is relate to our happiness, so private cars won’t slower its increasing in a short time.

Of course, possessing a private car is convenient to many ways in our life. It can save time, when you want to arrive at a place. It can make you get rid of the dull of waiting a bus. If you have a car, you can choose the route to get there. But, importantly, it wastes money. Almost all parts of car swallow money, such as the fuel the tyre, the enclosure and so on. Besides, in case you meet a traffic jam, you can’t go out or in. There is a question that it will be a hard time. The Development of Private Cars

With the increase in the general standard of living, some ordinary Chinese families can now afford a car. Yet opinions on the development of a private car vary from person to person. Some claim that there are many advantages in possessing a car. It gives a much greater degree of comfort and mobility. The owner of a car is no longer forced to rely on public transport, and hence no irritation caused by waiting for buses or taxies. With a car he can go where he likes and when he wants, so much so that he can enjoy his leisure to the full by making trips to the country or seaside on the weekends, instead of being confined to his immediate neighborhood.

However, others strongly object to developing private cars. They maintain that as more and more cars are produced and run in the street, a large volume of poisonous gas will be given off, polluting the atmosphere and causing actual harm to the health of people. In fact, private cars contribute to traffic congestion so greatly that the advantages gained in comfort and freedom are often cancelled out by the frustration caused by traffic jams.

In spite of all the above-mentioned, I still favor owning a car. The reason is that the car gives a person the freedom to schedule his own time. Though we are confronted with a problem of energy crisis, I am sure that the real solution will have to be a new kind of car, one that uses cheap, efficient fuel and does not contaminate the air.

Many residents are against owning cars. According to them, private cars have to be limited in Beijing. The reasons for it are obvious. To begin with, cars contribute to air pollution. Beijing is now plagued by serious air pollution. If people are to have cars of their own, the already contaminated atmosphere will get even dirtier. Secondly, private cars can be a terrible threat to the already heavy traffic in the city. If more cars are allowed onto busy streets, there will be more traffic jams, which is really a public hazard to all of us. Finally, cars consume a large amount of fuel. Though China is rich in its oil resources, they are running out

rapidly. All these facts allow of only one solution: to limit the ever growing number of cars.

In my opinion, private cars should be discouraged in Beijing. In order to leave clean air, wide and safe roads and abundant energy resources to our descendants, we have to say "No" to private cars. As far as the great demand for means of transport is concerned, we can develop mass transit to take the place of private cars. In short, Beijing does not need private cars.

Unfortunately with positives come negatives and these teenagers that own cars will soon experience them. There are many reasons why a teenager should think about not owning a car through high school. Undoubtedly, one reason a teenager should not own a car through high school is that it costs money! When one thinks of the possibility of owning a car he never seems to want to ponder the fact of its costs. When a student purchases a car he or she must also purchase insurance too! Currently insurance does not run cheap and the better car you own, the more insurance you will pay. Owning a car and squandering money come hand in hand with each other. It should not take a genius to recognize that by spending money on monthly car payments. The ability and responsibility of having a job is the next reason as to why a high school student should not own a car. A teenager should realize this among himself and not want to purchase a car for asking to run the family errands.Around the ages of 16 to 17 students across the nation begin to receive their licenses. Holding a job may help the student pay for his car but can he pass an English test the following day at 8 o’clock in the morning.The next reason is common among many families. In more ways than one a teenager can be proven to be an inexperienced driver during their early driving ages. Young teenagers are just beginning to mature and learn about the responsibilities of obeying the law. In addition a teenager has a lot of stress during their high school and driving a car under this stress can create a potential hazardous situation. These licenses not only grant one the ability to drive a car legally, but they also allow inexperienced drivers to operate potential murder weapons.

I think owning a car can make it easy for teenagers to go out and a car is much more comfortable than buses,bikes .But a car will do harm to the environment and distract their attention from study .if more and more people have cars, the street will be very busy all the time,it&39;s difficult for people to go across the road,and the more cars,the more accidents.
