The Fountain

　　Into the sunshine，陽(yáng)光下，

　　Full of the light，充滿著光輝，

　　Leaping and flashing 跳躍著、閃爍著

　　From morn till night!從日出到日落!

　　Whiter than snow，比雪更白，

　　When the winds blow!波動(dòng)有如花!

　　Into the starlight，月光下，

　　Rushing in spray，急濺起泡沫，

　　Happy at midnight，午夜里歡樂(lè)，

　　Happy by day.白天里雀躍。

　　Ever in motion，永遠(yuǎn)跳動(dòng)著，

　　Blithesome and cheery，愉快又歡欣，

　　Still climbing heavenward，永遠(yuǎn)向天高攀，

　　Never aweary;從不疲憊;

　　Glad of all weathers，適應(yīng)各種天氣，

　　Still seeming best，永遠(yuǎn)活力充沛，

　　Upward of downward 上上下下

　　Motion thy rest;是運(yùn)動(dòng)也是休息;

　　Full of a nature 充滿著活力

　　Nothing can tame，不受拘束，

　　Changed every moment 時(shí)時(shí)有變化，

　　Ever the same.永遠(yuǎn)一樣。

　　Ceaseless aspiring，不斷升高

　　Ceaseless content，不斷滿足

　　Darkness or sunshine 黑暗里，陽(yáng)光下

　　Thy element;都是你活動(dòng)范圍;

　　Glorious fountain!輝煌耀目的噴泉!

　　Let my heart be 但愿我心如你般

　　Fresh， changeful， constant，清新，多變，堅(jiān)定

　　Upward like thee!永遠(yuǎn)向上!
